Improvement of ZnO Varistor Performance

6/28/2009 We produce composite nano additives of ZnO varistor by Sol-Gel method. Produce the ZnO varistor, after ball-grinding this additive, ZnO and Sb2O3. And then we test its electric property and analysis the results. Testing results show that the granule of components, produced by composite nano additives with Sol-Gel method, mix evenly, and the diameter of the crystalloid is smaller and distributes uniformly. So its electric property is improving comparing with solid-phase synthesis technology.
